From 2010 to 2013, the ADOC centers were established in Malaysia, and 2,578 people were trained. These centers mainly focus on training instructors, IT-TT skills for women and children, and enhancing the e-commerce capabilities of local SMEs.

Kelantan (2011)

The Kelantan Digital Opportunity Center ADOC has been active since 2011. The signing and funding ceremony was held on June 30, 2010. To date, the center has trained over 2,022 trainees.

The Kuching Digital Opportunity Center ADOC has been operating since 2011. The signing and funding ceremony was held on June 30, 2010. To date, the center has trained over 993 trainees.

Melaka (2010)

In December 2010, ADOC established the new APEC Digital Opportunity Center in Melaka, Malaysia, in partnership with the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development. The center has trained over 3,331 trainees.

Miri (2011)

The ADOC Secretariat and the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development signed an additional agreement on August 19, establishing the ADOC center in Miri, aimed at helping all marginalized groups access ICT & TT, thus bridging the digital divide, ensuring these groups are not limited by gender, mental or physical conditions, education level, or social status. The center has trained over 3,201 trainees.

Terengganu (2010)

The ADOC Digital Opportunity Center was launched in Western Malaysia on December 6 as part of efforts to develop the country’s ICT framework and narrow the digital gap. Located in Terengganu, the centers will offer information and communication technology training programs for local citizens. The center has trained over 801 trainees.
