From 2007 to June 2013, 12 ADOC Centers were established in Thailand and over 30,444 people were trained. These centers mainly focused on training lecturers, IT-telecom skills for women and children, and enhancing e-commerce capabilities of local SMEs.

ITS, Bangkok (2007)
ITS is a Telecommunications Center established in 2007 and the first ADOC center in Thailand. ADOC welcomed Thailand into the project in 2007. The ADOC Secretariat set up the ADOC Partner Office, DOC, and two Telegraph Centers there. This served as a basis to promote the ADOC project and train IT-telecom trainers in Thailand. The ADOC Secretariat sent an E-business Advisory Group to Thailand in May 2007 and organized two “E-business Startup Workshops,” through which they provided consulting and business diagnosis services and shared experiences of small and medium enterprises in Taipei, Taiwan regarding e-commerce startup.

TCC, Nakhon Pathom (2007)
TCC Nakhon Pathom was established in 2007 along with ITS and TCC Nakhon Ratchasima; it served as a basis to promote the ADOC project and train IT-telecom trainers in Thailand.

TCC Nakhon Ratchasima was an Electronic Telecommunication Center established in 2007 along with ITS and TCC Nakhon Pathom. It also served as a base to promote the ADOC project and train IT-telecom trainers in Thailand.
District Administrative Organization, Thamairuak (2008)
Thamairuak is a Digital E-learning Center. Since 2008, the ADOC 2.0 project has provided women, children, and disadvantaged groups in Thailand with opportunities to learn computer skills. To date, more than 10,000 people have benefited from this project.
Banborphong School (2008)
Banborphong School is a Digital E-learning Center established in 2008. It is a public school located within the Mueang legal area. 86 students have been trained at Banborphong School, and together with five nearby schools, the potential student base exceeds 500 students. The main target group for training is elementary school students.

Asian College of Scholars (2008)
The Asian College of Scholars, also known as CAS, was established in 2008 as well as the ADOC & DOC Partnership Office. CAS is a private college providing more educational opportunities for youth in northeastern Thailand. The school offers courses in arts, computing, business management, law, and nursing. The target trainees are women and local students.

Hua Khiew Wittayalai School is an electronic school established in 2008.

Krasaepattana School (2010)
Krasaepattana School and the ADOC 2.0 Digital E-learning Center were established in 2010. The opening ceremony took place on November 26, with Dr. Krasae, an Asian Scholar expert, attending the event.

ZOA Mae La Camp (2010)
ZOA Mae La Camp is an ADOC 2.0 Digital E-learning Center established in 2010. The inauguration was held on December 1, sponsored by the ASUS Foundation. The first center will be launched at Mae La Camp with 20 touchscreen tablets, and the second at Mai Umpiem Camp with another 20 tablets.

Mai Umpiem ZOA Camp (2010)
ZOA Umpiem Camp is an ADOC 2.0 Digital E-learning Center established in 2010. The opening was held on December 2. The first center, at Mae La Camp with 20 tablets, and the second at Mai Umpiem Camp with 20 tablets, were launched subsequently.

Nonthaburi Independent Living Center (2012)
Nonthaburi is the newest APEC Digital Opportunity Center in Thailand, established in 2012. It was inaugurated on July 19. Along with this center, there are now 12 centers in Thailand, training over 23,000 people.
To achieve these accomplishments, the ADOC Secretariat worked with the Nonthaburi Independent Living Center to establish a training center on July 19, aiming to enhance ICT skills and improve the lives of disabled people in Nonthaburi.
